Agence RLA. LLC conforms to industry best practices and standards, corporate, union–IATSE, vendor practices and client relations.
We budget and bill according to AICP (Association of Independent Commercial Producers) film and digital standards.
Cancellation policy is 100% of costs to be or incurred on a cancelled pre-production, production, or post production day if within 24 hours, 50% if within 48 hours, including labor and hard costs.
We reserve the right to replace crew members and re–allocate (real locate) line item expenses as needed per budget.
Agence RLA is the principal agency producer, show runner, and administrative authority per contract, and any changes to schedule, and project parameters following client acceptance of the budget, on request of the client, will result in overages being billed day of, and DUE UPON RECEIPT.
